Yoda seems to be peering around a tree at dozens of kayaks and canoe's in the Androscoggin River Sunday morning as the balloon is deflated when the wind picked up, preventing any of the specialty balloons to take off from Simard Payne Memorial park in Lewiston during the Great Falls Balloon Festival.

People patiently wait on the Longley Memorial Bridge and along the bank of the Androscoggin River by Festival Plaza for the Yoda and Darth Vader balloons to launch Sunday morning. The wind picked up and forced the specialty balloons to call off their launch after the majority of the other balloons took off.
