Some of the estimated 1,500 Central Maine residents walk along the Riverwalk in Auburn Sunday morning toward the start/finish line at the Hilton Garden Inn during the 15th annual Central Maine Heart Walk . Families, friends, and co-workers turned out to help raise funds to support the American Heart Association’s (AHA) life-saving research and education. AHA Communications Director, Brenda Vitali, was confident that they would raise as much as last year, $130,000.
