Donations collected will benefit the Officer David Payne Memorial who was killed in the line of duty in 1988.
When Carla Rose Dubois, left, looked out the window of her home on Lake Auburn Avenue and noticed two young children who were involved in an accident at the corner of Lake Auburn Avenue and Coburn, she grabbed two popsicles for them to help keep them distracted as their mother filled out paperwork wit police. The woman to their left is unidentified.
