Mystery Photo for August 7, 2022.
Equestrian instructor Katherine Ludewig and Wrapper have a laugh Wednesday morning in the barn at Blazing Star Stables in Monmouth. She painted the lips of her horses different colors for campers to apply to an art canvas to create a unique piece of artwork. Between riding, learning and taking care of the animals, campers learn many other skills doing fun and unique activites with the animals that Ludewig has cobbled together from bartering, buying and cast off's.
Winter Drever gets an impression of Jazmine's lips on her painting she and others were making Wednesday morning during horsemanship camp at Blazing Star Stables in Monmouth. Each horse has their own color coordinated matching buckets, lead lines and halters. There is a picture of horse with their color and name above their stall for easy identification for the campers. It was just natural for instructor Katherind Ludewig to use that color paint for each horse to apply to the artwork the campers were creating.
