The headlights of a car streak up Pine Street in Lewiston Thursday night in this time exposure of Lewiston City Hall all lit up with the recently installed lights. Crews were adjusting the lighting to make sure they were aimed properly for the formal ceremony later this month when they will be "officially" turned on.
