AUBURN, March 3, 2023 - Randy Pelkey, from Cote Crane and Rigging, controls a crane Friday morning with a loading platform attached as it is held into place where heavy items from the third floor of the Androscoggin County Building were being loaded before lowered to a waiting truck.
