Murch said that it looked like CMP had come overnight to restore the power to most of the neighborhood by reconnecting the main line at the top of the poles but with numerous lines still on the ground and a half dozen dangling above, Murch called in the city electrician to verify they were safe to have his crew work around and clear the debris.
